1. Free Tier
Our free tier is available at no cost. No refunds apply to free tier usage.
2. Paid Subscriptions
For paid plans (Starter, Growth, Pro):
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase
- After 7 days, subscriptions are non-refundable
- No refunds for partial months
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Your account email address
- Reason for the refund request
- Date of purchase
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
5. Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:
- Terms of Service violations
- Fraudulent activity
- Excessive usage beyond fair use limits
